We hope that you and your loved ones are well, safe and healthy. If you are an essential worker or frontline caregiver, we thank you for your service and dedication in these unprecedented times we are experiencing during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

As businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador re-open there doors to the public, we must all do our part to protect each other while learning to live (and operate safely) with Covid-19 in our Province. We are actively monitoring updates from the Public Health Agency of Canada and provincial health authorities while following the directions and procedures put it in place to protect you (our guests), and our dedicated employees and their families.

As always, our commitment to cleanliness continues. We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. Adequate hand washing and avoiding unnecessary contact will continue. We are cleaning surfaces in high-traffic areas with increased frequency. In addition, the disinfecting and cleaning of guest rooms will be elevated.

  • A plexiglass partition has been installed at the reception to provide an extra level of protection for our guests and our staff members.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances.
  • All rooms will be left unused the appropriate amount of time in between each stay.

 To keep our staff safe, we ask that you adhere to public health recommendations for frequent hand-washing and social distancing protocols.
